Evaporative cooling:
When the Evaporative Air Cooler with Cooling Pad is activated, the spray water system will spray water evenly on the 3D honeycomb cooling pad. This water forms a thin film of water on the surface of the cooling pad.
As air passes through the cooling pad, the water film begins to evaporate. The evaporation process requires the absorption of heat, so it absorbs heat from the surrounding air, thereby lowering the temperature of the air.
The latent heat of water vaporization greatly exceeds the sensible heat of water heating, so the evaporation process can significantly reduce the temperature of the air and enhance the heat transfer process.
3D honeycomb structure design:
The 3D honeycomb cooling pad adopts a special three-dimensional structure design, which increases the contact area between the water film and the air and improves evaporation efficiency.
At the same time, the honeycomb structure can also promote the flow of air within the cooling pad, allowing the air to pass through the entire cooling pad more evenly, thereby further improving the cooling effect.
Air flow and heat and mass transfer:
In an evaporative air cooler, air is drawn through the action of a fan and passed through a 3D honeycomb cooling pad.
During the process of passing through the cooling pad, the air and the water film undergo heat exchange and mass transfer processes, that is, the air absorbs the heat of water evaporation and takes away the water vapor.
The air temperature after passing through the cooling pad decreases and the humidity increases, and then is sent out by the fan to provide users with a cool and comfortable environment.
Cycle usage:
Most of the spray water will fall back into the water tank after evaporation and be pressurized by the circulating water pump for recycling.
This recycling method not only saves water resources, but also improves the operating efficiency of the equipment.
